After the unexpected loss of my husband, years of difficult life choices, and the devastation of Hurricane Ian, I discovered a life-changing truth: God wastes nothing.

That truth became the foundation for Seeking Happy, Finding Joy – a podcast, community, and growing collection of resources designed to encourage Christian women to stop simply surviving life's challenges and start rebuilding with faith, purpose, and lasting joy.

I believe happiness is tied to circumstances, but true joy is rooted in God. Even in life's hardest seasons, His presence offers hope, peace, and strength.

Today, I'm passionate about helping women deepen their faith, renew their minds, steward their health, and confidently step into who God is calling them to become.

When I'm not recording the podcast, writing, speaking, or coaching, you'll find me outdoors hiking, biking, kayaking, exercising, or spending time with family and friends.
